This hay is a fine blade grass that is very similar to 2nd crop Timothy hay. It is very green with no seed stems, just grass. You can feed this to your rabbits in place of Timothy for a change, they will love it. Orchard grass has become very popular in the last year and we are one of the only online sellers!
Compared to last year this year is better and we think a great substitute for 2nd and 3rd timothy. Give it a try!

MOONLIGHT MUNCHIES - Orchard Grass 1st Cutting
1st Cutting of Orchard Grass is similar to 1st cutting of Timothy. It has broom shaped seed heads and long stems. It is a very leafy hay and 1-2ft. tall. Compared to 2nd cutting Orchard Grass it is has longer stems.
This is a great option to go with or try out if your pets like 1st cutting Timothy.
